Chatoyant Magazine invites you to share your story and/or poem (s), in our Contemporary Writing Contest. The targeted opening date for submissions will be November 1, 2025, and an ending submission date of April 30th, 2026. Submissions will be open to the public on Submittable with a $25 entry fee to participate in the competition for generous prizes and publication.

Winning entries will be published in a 2026 issue of Chatoyant Magazine including top prize winners, and honorable mentions.We are anticipating this issue to be packed with the brilliance of emerging and experienced writers who dare to captivate readers with their best writing.

Contest Guidelines:

• Theme: Love in Life — fiction (in essay or short story form) and creative poetry that reflects the regrets, chaos, and toxicity in love.

Thrilling elements of horror are encouraged to reflect the power of negative and positive passion in relationships.

There will be not one but 13 winners!!
